The Mylk Message suite of products are made by Working Software, a wholly owned Australian software development company. Mylk Message is not a re-seller of other providers' products.
Mylk Message products are all web based with the ability for multiple users to login simultaneously on different accounts from any location with web access. MYLK products are fully tested and compatible with all major browsers.
We are constantly developing new product features according to our planned roadmap and in response to client demand. As new features come on line, all subscribers are able to gain access to the latest product features and benefits. Further, we are able to build custom features and plug-ins on a bespoke basis. We work closely with senior management to ensure a seamless transition to using our products. Being web based, MYLK products are so easy and simple to use that clients can be up and running in less than a day.
We are happy to provide development and consulting services to integrate the Mylk Message suite of products with virtually any other system already in operation within the client setting.
Product demonstrations and all training are available on location or over the web. Additional training from our certified trainers is available on request.
We provide clients with access to our support team 24/7 via phone or email.
Data is housed within the state of the art Equinix Data Centre in Sydney. Data is housed on properly secured FreeBSD UNIX servers and nightly incremental backups are included as part of our standard service. Further information about systems and procedures are available on request.
